Come Alongside One Another.

PARA Experiences (ParaX) is the time that we gather together - that could be at a worship night, Mizzou game, bible study, service project to the community, or just hanging out eating pizza or having coffee. It's a place for people who are curious or cautious about God. Here we get to ask the "stupid questions." There's no pressure to be anyone, just be yourself.

WHY ARE WE THIS WAY?

ACTS 2: 42 All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, to fellowship, to sharing in meals, and to prayer.

We are living out Acts 2. This has four experiences:

Studying teaching, bible studies, discipleship classes,
Fellowship aka 'hanging out together'. We do that at Para X, going to sporting events, MU games, Chiefs games, bbqs, tailgates, coffee all week long, MANIFEST gatherings, and so much more!
Sharing meals - going to lunch or dinner
Praying - Based on the Lord’s Prayer. “Our father, who is in heaven (UP THERE), hallowed be your name, your kingdom come (DOWN HERE), your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven (GO OUT THERE).

All of these can be done at our campus but more importantly these are carried out everywhere we go. We say “be the church.” In order to do that we are intentionally hosting events on and off our campus. We say “you don't have to qualify to be here.” You don't have to know anything, just come alongside us and participate.

We have a unique perspective. Other worship leaders are invited to come to ParaX to lead worship nights. Yeah, hit us up, lets raise the roof. We have an amazing venue that we want to give others an opportunity to participate.
